We strive to display accurate product information and pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices without notice.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Orders ship via USPS. Free shipping applies to orders over $99. Orders of $99 or less: a flat shipping rate applies at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order is fulfilled.

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window and 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact customer service to request a prepaid return label. No refund or replacement is issued until the returned item is received and inspected. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly with photos.

All content on the site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Regen Empire LLC and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is.” Pool floats and water loungers are not lifesaving devices. Pool games should be used with adult supervision around water.
